John expected the worst after observing Jack in his frail, emaciated, almost unconscious state. The Radiograph showed that the disease besieged Jack’s entire brain. It was severely atrophied and the Hippocampus was about a third of its normal size. He wore a poker face however, unwilling to disclose his sense of alarm to Sara, who was standing next to Michael.
